WARRIOR (Semi Private Training)
Our Warrior Project is your tailored strength journey in a small-group setting (Max 4 women). Train with a coach, follow a structured program, tailored to your goals, and build strength, skill and confidence with the accountability you’ve always wanted.
Perfect for women who want expert coaching, more feedback & progress, and a more personalised experience than classes alone.
CALISTHENICS
Bodyweight strength, but make it technical, empowering and fun. Learn how to get your first or fifth pull-up, push-ups, handstands and full-body control through structured progressions and expert coaching.
Ideal for building upper-body strength, core stability and skill confidence no experience needed.

LVL UP
Take your lifting to the next level with our signature 6-week progressive strength programme. Each day focuses on a different skill, from squats and deadlifts to presses and pulls, so you get stronger with purpose, not guesswork.
Perfect for learning technique, building strength safely and seeing real week-by-week progress.

STRONG
Time to play with the big toys. This session blends tyre flips, log presses, sled drags and prowler pushes the kind of training that makes you feel powerful in and out of the gym.
Great for developing raw strength, confidence and lifting heavy in a safe, coached environment.

BASE
You can’t build a strong body without a solid base and Physio albeit needed can sometimes feel boring. This class blends foundational strength, core & joint stability and mobility so you can move better, lift better and feel more connected to your body.
Ideal for beginners, returners and anyone wanting to build core strength, injury prevention/ recovery and movement quality.
